Testing cable ties to see if they will reduce effectiveness of parabolic reflector waveguide LRO-H2

I used cable ties to locate centre of opening of cantenna waveguide = I tested them in microwave – only very slightly warm after 2 mins suggesting little absorption at microwave frequencies, and therefore unlikely to adversely affect my LRO-H2 telescope’s effectiveness at the wavelength of hydrogen, 1420 MHz.
