Radio observation in hydrogen line (1420MHz)

Potential solution to making the military band 3 Ptarmigan radio array that I am using for 1420Mhz radio astronomy moveable in azimuth

I have found an 800mm wide Lazy Susan bearing on ebay, hardened against weather, with 250kg load capacity, and am hoping to place the whole mount on top of this, so that I will then be able to manually change altitude and azimuth for the array.
