Radio signal of aurora during major auroral (Northern Lights) UK display midnight 10-11/10/2024

The auroral trace is this purple strip to left of the meteor on the right hand side plot – this is not a carrier as this would appear on exactly same frequency as the meteor and be very narrow beam – see picture below main image which shows a meteor and visible carrier signal – this is also from 10/10/2024, earlier in the day. Note, usually the carrier for Graves (143.048MHz) which we are using here for meteor scatter is not visible, as it is over the curve of the Earth.
